Mail Shots & Mail Merge Projects

Mail merge projects - set up: £20.00-£30.00 per project

Mail merge projects - same letter to each address: £0.50 per letter

Bulk mailings of flyers etc: £0.30 per letter

Fax , Photocopy & Scanning Services

Individual faxes: £0.50 per fax (+ call charges)

Bulk faxes (same fax to each number): £0.40 per fax (+ call charges)

Black & white photocopy: £0.10 per copy

Colour photocopy: £0.40 per copy

Scanning: £0.20 per page

Mail Forwarding

£50 per annum, plus postage, plus 10p per item for faxed/emailed items.

Copy Typing

(based on simple, legible layouts at a speed of 70wpm equating to 4,200 words per hour, or approximately five A4 pages of standard text)

£15.00 per hour

Complicated layouts (with tables, graphs, columns etc.)

£20.00 per hour

A 15% discount will be offered to students on production of a valid student identity card

Audio Transcription

Please note audio transcription actually takes at least 4 times the length of the tape - i.e. a 10 minute recording will take approx 40 minutes to transcribe, depending on the clarity of the recording

Individual requirements

A4 letters, invoices, estimates etc. - £3.50 for first page - £2.00 for subsequent pages

Powerpoint Presentations - £2.50 - £5.00 per slide

All prices include one original on Conquerer or 100gsm paper, plus one photocopy and an envelope where appropriate.
